Shipping & Delivery

We carefully prepare and pack orders for delivery. Shipping availability, charges, and estimated delivery options are shown during checkout based on the destination and products in the order.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing after payment confirmation. Processing time can vary according to product availability, order volume, weekends, holidays, and whether a product requires additional preparation. If a product page provides a specific processing or dispatch timeframe, that information takes priority.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared when tracking is available for the selected shipping method. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery time depends on the destination, courier service, weather, logistics conditions, public holidays, and other factors. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Destinations

Gem Sakti supports delivery to India and selected international destinations. The available destination list and shipping methods may change. If a destination is available at checkout, the applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed before payment.

International Orders

For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees. Such charges are determined by local authorities or carriers and are outside Gem Sakti’s control.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at gemsakti41@gmail.com. We will try to assist, but changes may not be possible after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery Problems

If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, damaged, or appears to be lost, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We may need to coordinate with the courier before a resolution can be provided.
